Excellent line of sight. He looks like any one of us look when we're out wielding our cameras in public. I wonder what his relationship is to the thing he's shooting?

I was also wondering what exactly he was shooting, though I have taken similar shots that I've posted on this blog. He is facing the traffic of I5 and the Convention Center going over the freeway.
