Interesting buliding with the colored discs as a visual appeal. Cool. Funny thing about LEED and going green, Minnesota has not adopted the updated energy codes, we're 6 years behind the times.
Well, it may not be all it's cracked up to be! But, it is still pretty and at least they are trying...
